Pricing a home, lot or tract of land is the most critical task you'll have as a listing agent. Your seller is relying on you to price their home effectively so you'd better get it right. If you overprice, the home isn't going to sell and your seller is going to lose confidence in you. If you underprice and the home sells, your seller is going to think either you don't know what you're doing or you took advantage of them.
