Our Activity Reports

One of the basics of client retention is staying in touch with them even after the sale.  You can pick up the phone and call them which is great when you can find the time.  But once you build a sizeable stable of clients making those calls can really become time consuming.  Activity reports like these, which I usually sent out once every 7 to 10 days does several things.  It keeps my name in front of those clients.  I'm keeping them informed what the real estate market is doing.  And finally I'm constantly reinforcing the idea that we're not just listing but also selling homes, in all price points.  We have around 3,500 people in our email list.  Some, we've done business with, others we want to do business with, and others we may not have ever met and subscribe to our updates.
