We all know the phrase "There's a difference between working hard and working smart". That applies to residential real estate as well. I've seen so many agents come into the business who actually are working hard, but they're not making progress. They get frustrated and fall out.
I've also seen new agents who come in working smart, either by coaching or just intuition. Those are usually the ones who make it.
Obviously if you work both hard and smart, you have a huge advantage. I can't show you how to work hard, that's got to come from within. But I certainly can give you some direction into working smart and that's what this section will be about.
