We've all heard the phrase "There's a big difference between working hard and working smart". That applies to residential real estate as well.
I've seen so many agents come into the business who put in long hours and in their minds are working hard, but they're just not making progress. They get frustrated and fall out like the 90% of new agents around.
Then there are the agents who get into real estate and from day one, either by coaching or just intuition, just "get it". They may start out slowly but within six months they have a committed plan in place and execute it.
I will give you some direction into working smart and avoiding the time wasting traps you should avoid. That's what this section will be about.
